These Terms govern your use of Kakeibo Box operated by LITTLENUT FOODS AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Important: Kakeibo Box is a personal savings and budgeting tool. We are not a bank, NBFC, or licensed financial institution.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure.
Provide accurate information.
You may delete your account from Profile → Delete account.

3. Savings and payments

INR deposits may be processed via Razorpay (UPI).
Withdrawals require a linked bank account in your name.
We may suspend transactions if we detect fraud or errors.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, provide false information, or attempt to access other users' data.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
