This Privacy Policy describes how LITTLENUT FOODS AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED
("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Kakeibo Box mobile
application ("App").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (or Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
- Profile information: phone number, date of birth, country, and preferred currency.
- Financial and savings data: savings boxes, deposits, withdrawals, expenses, goals, and wallet balance you create in the App.
- Bank account details: bank name, account holder name, account number, and IFSC/SWIFT code you provide for withdrawals.
- Payment information: when you add money via UPI, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status, amount, and reference IDs — not your full UPI PIN or card details.
- Device and usage data: basic technical data needed to operate the App (e.g. app version, crash logs) via our infrastructure providers.
2. How we use information
- Provide and maintain your account and savings features.
- Process deposits through Razorpay and record savings activity.
- Facilitate withdrawals to bank accounts you link.
- Send account-related messages (e.g. email verification).
- Improve security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
We use trusted providers to operate the App:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and backend hosting.
- Google Sign-In — optional sign-in with your Google account.
- Razorpay — UPI and payment processing for INR deposits. See Razorpay Privacy Policy.
4. Data retention
We retain your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
